Crude viral lysate containing a high concentration of EBV antigens, including VCA, EBNA, EA-D and EA-R. View the Sample Product Information Sheet.

Inactivation & Safety — P3H3 Cell extract and EBV-VCA gp125 are prepared using detergents that are documented to inactivate any residual viral activity.

Applications — IgG and IgM ELISA, Western Blot, Lymphocyte proliferation assays

Each antigen lot is tested for potency using ELISA, and compared to a reference antigen. This ensures the amount of viral protein in each batch is consistent. The total protein concentration reported includes both viral and non-viral proteins, with the ratio dependent on the purity of the antigen. View our Quality Policy and ISO Certification.
